Fits under your kitchen sink
At just 49cm high, the TwinTec S4 will easily fit under the kitchen sink – in fact, it was specifically designed with this in mind. The softening tanks have been designed to maximise the available space, whilst being small enough to fit into tight spaces.
Easy to load block salt
Our block salt was created for easy loading so that you don’t find yourself handling unnecessarily heavy bags of salt. The specially manufactured salt was created to work with the TwinTec S4 and make it as efficient as possible. By ensuring that the salt lasts longer the softener only regenerates when it needs to, rather than on a daily timer like other systems.
When salt needs to be topped up there is a red line that is visible through the clear lid design, which makes it easy for you.
Non electric
The TwinTec S4 is so efficient it has been designed to work solely off the power of your water supply. There are no timers, computers or manual adjustments to be concerned with. What’s more, there is no electrical feed so power cuts are of no concern. Sustainable energy, without the need for a power outlet. Genius!
How does a water softener work?
Water softeners use a process called ‘ion exchange’ to remove the calcium and magnesium minerals from your water as it enters your home. These are the minerals that cause limescale and removing them makes the water ‘soft’. Having a water softener in your home is the only proven way to remove calcium and magnesium from your water.
How much will a softener cost to run?
Based on 4kg per person per month and based on block salt , this will cost you approximately £11.60 per month for a family of 4. The Infinity water softener is non-electric so you’ll be pleased to know the running of them won’t add to your electric bill either.
Is softened water safe to drink?
Yes it is. Fitting a separate hard water drinking tap is not required by regulation, except in exceptionally hard water areas (above 400mg/l).
